Winners are in!! ![]()
Hey builders,
First, thank you. To everyone who registered, shipped a submission, hung out in the Q&A, or shared the challenge with someone in your network - you made our first build challenge what it was. We’re genuinely grateful.
Now to the part you’re here for. Our four track winners are official. Massive congrats to:
Useful track: Vault by Kunal Vasavada (@KVC)
- A privacy-first iPhone home inventory app for insurance documentation. RoomPlan LiDAR and YOLO26 object detection running simultaneously on a single ARSession.
- Demo // Repo
Enterprise track: SENTINEL by Lexi Armstrong and Igor Eduardo (@nomad-link)
- On-device visual triage AI for mass-casualty scenarios. Classifies people as immediate, delayed, or ambulatory. Zero network egress.
- Demo // Repo
Austin-flavored track: Autonomous Rotato by Kasif Gilbert (@klgilbert)
- A physical combat robot that uses YOLO26 to autonomously chase a target RC truck around a taped arena. Built for Austin’s Weaponized Plastic robotics league.
- Demo // Repo
Wild track: Don’t Wake Up by Saksham Adhikari (@Saksham_Adhikari) and Kusum Bhattarai Sharma
- A computer vision alarm clock that requires the 6-7 movement and a real coffee mug to turn off. Calls out phone-screen cheats.
- Demo // Repo
To everyone who shipped: picking winners was harder than we expected. The field was deep and a lot of submissions came really close. Every single one of you who shipped during this first cohort helped set the bar for what comes next.
Full demos and write-ups for each winner rolling out over the next week. Keep an eye on the community.
We’ve also posted the winners announcement on LinkedIn and X.
Give those a like or share if you can. Helps the winners get more eyes on their work and helps us reach more builders for the next challenge.
One last thing - we’re planning to run a lot more challenges this year. The community will always be the first to know. If you’re in here, you’re already in the loop for what’s next.
